Ingredients: (Serves 2)
500g ﬁllet Threadﬁn Salmon
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and White pepper
Thinly slice the ﬁllet and coat in ﬂour mixed with salt and
pepper. Grill or lightly fry in olive oil. Heat the honey in a
saucepan with a generous squeeze of lemon. Pour over the ﬁsh.
Serve with steamed vegetables or a crisp salad.
